Online shopping

We sell tax free. When adding a product in the cart, the duty-free price automatically shows.

Stores

Customers in Japan for a short stay can buy tax free.
Only customers bringing their own passport can go through tax exemption procedures.
*Japanese customers who temporarily came back to Japan can buy tax free provided that they “have been away from Japan for 2 years or more”, or “will be away from Japan for at least 2 years”.
*You may not be exempt from tax if you go through an automated gate as we will not be able to confirm your date of entry to the country.
You will need to go through Immigration and get the Entry Permit Seal confirming your date of entry.
*When paying by credit card, only the card with the same name as on the passport can be used.
*Tax exemption does not apply to brand-new Rolex.
